What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Aerospace position at Nabtesco Aerospace?
This position is responsible for the promotion MRO Sales in assigned region and/or accounts, responding to customer inquiries, management of all customers orders at NTA, review and negotiation of contracts with customer.
Need to work closely with repair station team to ensure customer requirements and order status are closely communicated.
Orders Management (Assigned Accounts)
- Focal point for external customers on all repair orders related matter
- Pricing of orders per customer contracts or catalog
- Submit quotations to customers and obtain customers approval
- Ensure orders are executed per contract and customer requirements
- AOG support
- Warranty Administration
- Record keeping
- Update Order information in Visual
Business Case Study & Analysis
- Conduct profit/cost analysis to support proposal to customers
Contracts Administration
- Manage current contracts and ensure compliance
- Review and support negotiation for contract renewals and updates
Other Department Responsibility
- Keep up to date various reports and business performance metrics
- Create presentation material for various internal meetings
- Support in development of sales forecast and strategy as needed
- Backup of other account managers as required
- Special projects assigned by CSO manager
Education Preferred
Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree in appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Computer Skills
- Windows 10 and after, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- INFOR VISUAL is a plus
