What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Nabors Pool Services?
Nabors Pools is searching for a Field Supervisor to help support our weekly service team and ensure we deliver on our service mission of providing the gift of time and memories for our customers by simplifying pool ownership. The Field Supervisor is responsible for driving day-to-day operational excellence by working closely with the service team, completing quality checks, recognizing training opportunities, and providing stellar customer service.
More specifically, you will be…
- Addressing customer feedback and complaints in an urgent manner, handling issues appropriately, and holding the technicians accountable in a constructive manner.
- Managing and Developing all service technicians, including:
- Motivating, supervising, and training current Pool Service Technicians
- Training New Hires
- Quality control and training by checking service reports daily for any issues
- Going behind cleaning technicians to do spot checks and find areas for improvement/training
- Serve as a knowledge base for our team of pool technicians and customers
- Completing Pool Assessments with prospective customers and selling weekly service packages
- Managing Inventory and Inventory Replenishments for Service Technicians
- Staying on top of incoming Work Orders in Skimmer and inputting Requests into Jobber for repair assessments to be scheduled.
- Working closely with the Operations Coordinator to move each day forward.
- Covering routes, completing green to cleans, troubleshooting equipment, and performing minor repairs

Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have strong knowledge of residential pool cleaning, water chemistry, and an understanding of pool equipment operation. This position has the opportunity for significant growth as the company grows. Experience managing people is a plus. Sales or Service Route Management is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pool Maintenance Knowledge (Cleaning and Chemistry).
- Hands-on knowledge of equipment, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Developing customer relationships and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Controlling customer retention and developing new business.
- Must be able to work and communicate well with team members and clients
