Summary:
Manage overall production activities and schedules. Assist the project management team, lead person, and industrial craftsperson with manpower, safety, and equipment planning. As a member of the project management team, the Production Coordinator shares in the responsibility for client satisfaction, project quality, and cost control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall production activities and schedules.
- Assist all project managers in manpower and equipment planning of projects.
- Manage owned and rented equipment delivery.
- Manage owned equipment maintenance and records.
- Shop and grounds management.
- Tool management, purchase, and organization.
- Dispatching of crews and lead man assignments.
- Safety Orientated.
- Assist site leaders in locating materials local to the project.
- Keep current maintenance/ DOT files on equipment and drivers
- Assist site leaders in locating materials local to the project
- This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.
- This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company or a company vehicle; therefore, the applicant must successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, possess, and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, and immediately self-report convictions/violations/tickets to the DOT Compliance Specialist as per Company Policy. Any negative change in the status of the employee’s driving record may result in the revocation of the employee’s privilege to drive for the company.

Education/Skill Requirements:
- Excellent organization skills and team leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen and client relations.
- Detail oriented.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Project, Word, & Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent internal and external customer service.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift-up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in heat, cold, inside, outside, and high elevations.
Work environment:
- Office, cubicle, workstation, job trailer, job site, warehouse, or industrial setting.
