NAAAP is a national 501(c) 3 non-profit, non-partisan association for individual members, corporate and other partners who support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for Asian American Pacific Islander professionals. Along with our 25 active chapters in North America, NAAAP-National recruits, develops, supports, and celebrates diverse individuals through an online job board, ERG leadership training, a women's leadership program, a LGBTQ program, self-care and wellness curriculum, annual national Leadership Convention, regional workshops, mentorship, and community service. Chapters are run by all volunteers, while NAAAP-National is run by one paid executive director and a team of 30 volunteers.

- ushers to escort attendees and guests into rooms for workshop sessions
- registration check-in
- general logistics (equipment set up, packing/unpacking promotional materials, etc.)
