We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Planning and Analysis Manager 2 to join our team. This role is located in New York – Hybrid (4 days in office).

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $139,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Planning and Analysis Manager 2 to join our team. This role is located in New York – Hybrid (4 days in office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a small team of professionals responsible for the production and reporting of analytics and conducting special projects that support business operations.
- Works with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies, objectives, and tactics to develop a comprehensive approach to the analytics, metrics, and reports that will support their decision-making needs.
- Manages the established, regular reporting and analytical cycle for assigned team.
- Fields ad-hoc requests and allocates and deploys resources as needed.
- Guides team on projects and provides technical instruction on methods and approach.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
- Experience in managing a team of professionals, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Experience in managing financial resources (e.g., budgets, expenses, etc.) is preferred.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
