We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP to join our ESO Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid position.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads and negotiates contracts of varying complexities for PS-IT services, such as MSAs, SOWs, Terminations, NDAs, Order Forms, etc...
- Acts as the US regional sourcing team lead for PS-IT services category.
- Coordinates and acts as a Global interface to support and manage escalations within the PS-IT Category.
- Has a deep understanding of supplier commercials, and other complex contractual terms and issues.
- Contributes to the achievement of business area objectives including annual savings targets.
- Represent the PS-IT Sourcing team in stakeholder and business partner meetings
- Prepares and run complex vendor and related category/market analyses, pricing assessments, and total-cost modelling.
- Create and Manage RFx’s of varying sizes.
- Knowledge of S2P and other procurement related processes.
- Partner with Legal department to negotiate procurement contracts based upon end-user requirements.
- Be the ‘Trusted Partner’ for our internal clients
- Communicating status to key business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to review and prioritize deals within our pipeline.
- Must have 12 years in depth Sourcing knowledge and experience in in Professional Services IT (PS-IT) spend category and/or Management Consulting (PS-MC) spend category.
- Demonstrated work experience in managing complex projects and end to end execution.
- Must have strong experience in managing contract life cycle management (CLM) processes from Initial RFX planning, through negotiation, contract drafting, negotiations and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess complex contractual issues.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory framework related to contracts in the financial services industry.
- Must have knowledge on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) issues and be able to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with thirty-party contracts
- Must have good knowledge about resourcing engagement models and tools for VMS and MSP set up.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments within and external to the Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO).
