We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Finance & Business Management, Enterprise Onboarding Platform to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's long-term objectives. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Implementing cost control measures to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency. This includes monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction
- 8 years in Finance, Business Management or related field
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting. Experience with financial software and tools
