In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Working closely with the EPO, supporting the execution of the Platform, including the Quarterly Platform Review Process, measuring Objectives and Key Results and helping to solution any escalation items
- Aligns of Platform strategy with overall enterprise priorities
- Drive growth agenda and improved margins
- Provides strategic oversight and guidance on the development of key performance indicators; serves as strategic advisor in goal setting activities for the Platform
- Leads key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, implementation, integration and measurement of the overall Platform Strategy and roadmap
- Provides solutions/recommendations for complex business initiatives for the Platform, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Understands external trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics and is able totranslate implications for the specific Platform
- Develops and ensures the execution of the Platform strategy to deliver the OKRs
- Utilizes a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of multiple areas across disciplines to achieve strategic vision of the Platform keeps abreast of contemporary concepts in business strategy and management and applies these to develop innovative solutions and transformation plans and roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of Custody and Custody related services preferred
- Experience in management consulting, business administration or strategic planning
- Understanding of business procedures and operations
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to make hard and fast decisions
