The ideal candidate for this position:
Has 2 years experience working in the food service industry as a bartender and server.
Can work a flexible schedule including:
- o Day Shifts
- o Evening Shifts
- o Weekend Shifts
- o Holiday Shifts
- · Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
- · Is enthusiastic about sharing exceptional service standards with our guests
- · Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift

- · Can handle multiple tasks at one time
- · Is self motivated, especially under pressure
- · Is a creative mixologist
- · Is able to maintain "on stage" presence throughout shift
- · Is able to learn and retain new flavors/ingredients
- · Communicates in person and over the phone with enthusiasm
- · Has good problem solving skills
- · Is able to pass and practice the Maui County Department of Liquor Test
- · Is able to pass and practice the TiPS training course
