E-commerce Marketing Coordinator (Content Operations)

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives on balancing creativity with organization? N3 Oceanic Inc., a midsize family-owned company helping people improve their health through natural supplements for over 40 years, is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Coordinator (Content Operations) to join our small, collaborative marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—writing content one day, setting up email campaigns the next, and tracking results to help guide strategy. You’ll contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across channels, supporting both creative and operational tasks that drive growth in our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, will be well-organized and focused, highly creative, detail-oriented, and motivated. This position will require working independently on research and writing projects as well as part of a team that develops strategies and analyzes results of campaigns for continual planning and success.

Candidates with an interest in health supplements and nutrition or experience in the health industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and update marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, catalogs, radio spots, and video scripts
  • Contribute to radio show outlines, scripts, and related content
  • Support brand voice consistency across all marketing channels

Campaign Operations

  • Set up, schedule, segment, and test email campaigns
  • Create and manage product SKUs, pricing, and coupon rules
  • Assist in managing and testing updates to the company website and sales landing pages

Analytics & Research

  • Employ analytics tools to gather and report on key performance metrics (web, email, social media)
  • Perform market, product, and competitor research to inform content and messaging
  • Track campaign results and contribute to strategy adjustments

Cross-Team Communication

  • Support campaign execution to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and revenue with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Communicate campaign details across departments to align with sales and customer service teams
  • Assist with company social media initiatives, including Facebook, YouTube, and SoundCloud

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Helpful/Trainable

  • Experience with a CRM or e-commerce platform (e.g., Magento)
  • Knowledge of email management platforms (e.g., Dotdigital)
  • Experience working with a content management system (CMS)

Bonus Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Experience with Amazon store listings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of marketing, e-commerce, or content creation experience required; 2 years in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing preferred
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (particularly direct-to-consumer) is critical for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
