Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Pay Range:
Local - $48 to $51/hr.
Traveler: $55 to $60/hr.
Job Description:
- Works with any dept, if a patient complaint arises
- Weekends will not typically be required unless survey is on site
- Ensure timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to CMS-defined grievances
- Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation
- Facilitate and monitor RCAs and FMEAs, including corrective action plans
- Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness
- Maintain continuity of critical risk management and patient safety functions
- Review Medical Records for Mortality Chart Review
Required:
- BLS required
- Inpatient Acute Care exp required
- Experience in Critical Care or ED is a plus
- 2 years experience required
