Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $110K to $140K/Year

Bonus: Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5%

Relocation Fee: Case by case.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Lead Free-Standing Emergency Services operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, service growth, and resource management.
• Oversee ancillary departments including Imaging, Lab, Admitting, Security, Environmental Services, and Support Services.
• Identify operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure effective follow-through and communication.
• Advance patient experience initiatives and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate leaders and staff while supporting employee engagement programs.
• Participate in departmental and hospital committees and communicate organizational goals effectively.
• Build strong relationships across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor performance improvement programs and ensure operational excellence within emergency services.

What qualifications will you need:

• Bachelor's Degree required; bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Services experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required.
• Current RN license in the practicing state required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS or ENPC certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Additional Information

• Market position supporting 4 existing FSEDs, with expansion to 7 locations.
• Reports to ACNO and support both Trident and Summerville Hospital executive teams.
• 3 managers currently reporting; ED Director experience required, FSED experience preferred.
• Strong ED Managers with stable tenure and large acute-care experience may be considered.
