Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative based in Texas, US. The BDR is responsible for generating qualified top‑of‑funnel pipeline through outbound outreach and early‑stage lead qualification. The role supports the Director of Business Development by creating consistent meeting flow and maintaining CRM accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
• Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified meetings
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
• Follow established messaging, sequences, and qualification standards
• Support basic sales operations tasks as needed

Requirements
• Strong communication skills
