What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Finisher Material Tech. position at N.E.W. Plastics Corp.?
Starting pay is $17.50/hour plus a $1.25/hour shift premium for hours worked on 2nd shift. This is a Monday through Friday shift (3PM to 11PM) and some weekend work as needed.
Team Members in this position inspect finished products and prepares products for shipment. Grinds materials for recycling back into production. Mixes raw materials in quantities to ensure proper color and material consistency. The Finishing & Material Techs work directly with the Line Operators in the production process to ensure product quality. This position drives a forklift as needed.
