Finisher/Sander Job 2nd Shift

Our Finishers/Sanders are essential to our castings because they are one of the last departments to see our castings. Just as it sounds, they finish. They finish the products before it goes to our customers, which is why an eye for detail is essential in this role.
Work days on 2nd Shift are: Monday - Friday 2:00 Pm -10:00 PM. Starting pay is at $24.95 an hour $1.25 for shift premium.
Oh, wait! Did we mention that we have our very own training center here at WAF dedicated to our finishing department? In the training center, you will get one on one training with our production trainer and learn how to finish our castings for 2 weeks.
In our training center, we teach our new hires:
- How to use dyno-files, sander/grinder machines and power tools
- Read process sheets and document work orders
- Have exposure to a variety of castings and be able to problem solve
