Role Description
We are seeking an experienced, full-time B2B Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our team at our New York City office. This is an on-site role focused on supporting and growing relationships with independent jewelry retailers across the United States.
In this position, you will work directly with jewelry store owners and decision-makers, serving as a trusted point of contact for their diamond and inventory needs. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing product recommendations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, sales-minded, and knowledgeable in the wholesale jewelry or diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers at jewelry stores nationwide.
• Proactively generate new business through high-volume outbound outreach to both prospective and existing jewelry clients.
• Work closely with independent retailers to understand their diamond and inventory needs, recommending tailored solutions to support their business goals.
• Accurately track, document, and manage all sales and client activity within the company’s CRM system.
• Stay informed on diamond product knowledge, market trends, and customer buying behavior to better advise clients.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service standards are consistently upheld.
Qualifications
• 5 years of hands-on B2B experience within the wholesale jewelry and/or diamond industry (required).
