nuCamp is hiring for a Marketing Admin and Event Coordinator. If you have experience in Marketing, please send your resume for consideration.

Summary: The Marketing Admin and Event Coordinator is responsible for providing administration support for all aspects of the marketing department. Along with managing all aspects of tradeshow events and support to rally organizers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tradeshow planning: Plan the scope of the event (e.g., time, location, program, budget / costs) for the organization
  • · Create information documents providing relevant details to guide event staff.
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.
  • Identifies nuCamp apparel needs for tradeshows and events, places orders well ahead of the deadline, and distributes the apparel to each event participant.
  • Coordinates ordering nuCamp branded apparel for team member benefits and purchases.
  • · Communicate event information to Social Media Specialist for listing on social media and Website Calendar
  • · Manage dealer information (add, remove, update) contact, email, address, products they represent
  • · Coordinates nuCamp’s sponsorship program to support local events and organizations, including managing agreements, arranging banners, signage, and advertising, providing donation items, etc.

· Key contact for coordination of nuCamp branded and other nuCamp sponsored teardrop and Cirrus rallies, including providing an event recap and budget, identifying nuCamp team member attendees, nuCamp shirt and apparel needs, and swag item needs.

  • Manage customer database, upload new contacts, identify target products.
  • Help in the coordination and creation of target emails campaigns.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Write up, log, and process requisition forms for approval

· Helps Customer Experience Team with merchandise for online store, as needed.

  • Send out SWAG to contest winners.
  • Maintain inventory and directory of sales support materials and swag items.
  • Travel 3-5 times per year for event management / support
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities but must possess strong coordinating abilities.

Education and/or Experience:

Degree preferred. One to Three years’ related experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Presentation software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

  • Coordinate the logistical requirements for shows, such as unit transportation, cleaning, staging, show services (electric / flowers) , and catering services.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • One to three years’ related experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities. Project management experience is required.
