Marketing Coordinator

We here at Jarvis Law Office are expanding and searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals. We are a fast-growing elder law and estate planning law office that has built a top reputation for the service that we provide our clients with care, through education, and understanding that each family is different. Our firm culture celebrates individuality and provides personalized planning for each client.

We are looking for a new team member to add to our marketing department. This position will be a Hybrid role working out of any of our three offices, but will need to help support our other offices at times.

Some of the key responsibilities for our new Marketing Coordinator are:

• Working with our Marketing Manager to coordinate our marketing workshops, including attending the workshops, helping with registrations, making calls for confirmations, and more.
• Helping to create and edit company and marketing videos.
• Helping to manage the company website.
• Assist with designing marketing materials, including print, social media, and video collateral.
• Help with analyzing our marketing efforts to help identify what is working and what might need to be adjusted.
• Help to manage our social media marketing presence.
• And much more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
• At least two (2) years of prior marketing experience.
• At least two (2) years of prior social media marketing experience.
• Strong video editing and production skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23/hr to $26/hr
