N C Machinery is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Machine Sales in our Chehalis location.
In this role, you’ll develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and help match customers with the right Caterpillar equipment solutions. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts—owning the relationship, the communication, and the results.
You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals while developing your own customer base and sales expertise.

- Serve as the primary contact for your customers

- Execute structured outbound call campaigns
- Identify opportunities and match customers with equipment solutions
- Qualify, propose, and close machine sales
- Learn Caterpillar machines and work tools through hands-on training
- Build confidence in recommending solutions that fit customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Keep opportunities moving forward
- Stay organized and consistent in your outreach
- Monitor customer activity, competitive trends, and product performance
- Share insights that help strengthen your approach and results

This is a performance-driven sales role with:
- Annual Base salary: $36,000 per year
- On-target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$70,000 in year one
- Significant upside beyond in future years for top performers
- Are motivated by open-ended earning potential

- Are comfortable with a lower base in exchange for higher upside
