Job Description
Production line work includes tasks such as shafting roll stock, performing quality inspections, following direction from leads, operating cranes, stacking finished goods onto pallets, and banding completed pallets to meet quality and shipping standards. Employees are expected to follow quality assurance plans, measure and confirm size falls within tolerance, work safely as a team and efficiently, and demonstrate the ability to learn and grow into advanced roles such as machine operator and production lead.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: From $16.00/hour based on job, experience, and ability
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime Available
- Weekly Pay (Monday payday)

This is a hands-on, labor, active role working directly on our production lines:
- Shaft and Load raw materials.
- Stack and package finished goods.
- Stack, bundle, and prepare shipments
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers
- Remove scrap and maintain smooth workflow
- Meet daily production goals
