Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Lead / UI & UX Engineer who operates at the intersection of product strategy, design, and hands-on engineering. This role partners closely with the CEO, design, and engineering teams to translate vision into shipped product—building experiences that are engaging, intuitive, and naturally shareable.
You will own the end-to-end product experience, from concept through growth, with a focus on meaningful engagement, user trust, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end, from vision to execution to iteration
- Work directly with the CEO to translate company vision into product direction
- Collaborate closely with design to shape visual language and interaction patterns
- Partner with the engineering / tech team to deliver high-quality implementations
- Design and build high-quality UI/UX, turning ideas into working software
- Define onboarding, activation, and sharing flows that are clear, respectful, and user-first
- Design interaction patterns that support engagement, retention, and organic growth
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on user feedback and product metrics
- Establish and evolve design systems and UX standards as the product scales
- Balance business goals with usability, accessibility, and user trust

Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in product-led development, UI/UX design, and front-end engineering
- Proven ability to design and build consumer-facing products
- Deep understanding of interaction design, usability, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience implementing UI with modern front-end technologies
- Experience working cross-functionally with CEOs, designers, and engineers
- Strong product judgment and user empathy
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade-offs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building consumer, wellness, or engagement-driven products
- Familiarity with growth loops and product analytics
- Experience owning products from 0 → 1
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Strong aesthetic sense paired with engineering discipline

Compensation
This role includes a competitive base salary $110,000-$130,000 based on experience, along with meaningful equity participation for the right candidate.
