We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative (Turf Consultant) to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships, driving growth, and connecting clients to premium artificial turf solutions. Our product line covers everything from playground safety surfacing and indoor sports facilities to K9 turf, landscaping, outdoor sports fields, and putting greens for golf enthusiasts.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction sales, landscaping/lawn care sales, landscape architecture, athletics/coaching, or facility/park management who is ready to bring their skills to a high-impact role. Potential to earn $100K annually.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales activities within the assigned territory.
Drive new business development efforts and prospecting.
Build and strengthen relationships with partners, especially landscape architects.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of product offerings and pricing.
Support project design by recommending tailored product solutions.
Develop and deliver persuasive proposals to clients and groups.
Collaborate effectively with internal design and sales support teams.
Desired Qualifications
Proven sales and business development experience; background in landscape or surfacing sales is a plus.
Strong B2B sales and lead generation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
Ability to read and understand RFQs/RFPs, contracts, and project documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Willingness to travel as required.
Prior experience with purchasing cooperatives and project management is advantageous.
