Jr. Legal Invoice Analyst

Pay range: $22/hr to $25/hr W2 (potential to convert as a full-time after 6 months).

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in legal services or legal auditing environment
• Paralegal Certification or Bachelor’s Degree in a legal-related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in legal billing processes and familiarity with bill submission software
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and claims processes, with multijurisdictional exposure preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and sound judgment
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and guidance within teams
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience verifying UTBMS task codes and billing guideline compliance
• Knowledge of federal and state civil procedure rules
