B2B Client/Customer Service - Order/Operations Support

Pay rate: $18/hr to $20/hr

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience (highly preferred)
• Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it effectively
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with invoicing and data requests
