- Manage day to day facility support in the Pittsburgh, PA office location (to include new hire logistics, seating, badge system, mail, courier, office supplies, parking)
- Manage creation of purchase requisitions in SAP
- General admin support (on a need basis)
- Familiar with Supporting On/Off Boarding Admin team for North America
- Experience with managing Executive calendars, travel arrangement and expense reports
