Role: Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Plano (TX)

Type: Fulltime

We are looking for our MyTax Filer office an Administrative Assistant professional who provides general office and secretarial support services including basic filing, reception, telephone, and word processing responsibilities.

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the vendors and bills.
  • Cheque deposits
  • Team co-ordination
  • Manage all calls and primary communication.
  • Upkeep of office and office infrastructure.

Qualifications / Experience:

Proven working experience as office administrative assistant

Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.42 - $23.93 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Plano, TX 75024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
