Summary:
The person in this position is a high-level sales professional and expert guide, driving revenue by delivering personalized, luxurious service to all clients. They should specialize in cultivating client relationships, and providing in-depth knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and custom designs.
Education required to be successful at this position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree is a plus
· Graduated Gemologist (GG) Degree or Gemological (GIA) training preferred
· 3 years prior retail experience in luxury goods or jewelry

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Achieve sales targets by building a loyal client base, offering personalized consultations for engagement, custom, or luxury pieces, and maintaining long-term follow-up.
· Offer in-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, jewelry history, and trends.Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personal shopping experience service
· Proactively identify and anticipate client needs.
· Maintain high-end store displays and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
· Display professionalism and sophistication.
· Meticulous approach to inventory, displays, and client follow-up
· Manage calendar and appointments
· Manage client jobs from start to finish
· Process sales through POS system
· Assist owner with sales
· Attend offsite and after-hour events
