Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and create personalized experiences to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building lasting relationships with clients, maintaining product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the boutique's luxurious ambiance. You will also collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and bring the essence of Galicia Fine Jewelers to life for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Customer Service, focused on delivering excellent customer satisfaction and creating positive shopping experiences
• Proven expertise in Retail Sales and an understanding of high-end products
• Attention to detail, style awareness, and a passion for luxury goods
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in fine jewelry sales or the luxury retail industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to sales, gemology, or customer service will be a plus
