MyoTherapy Studio is hiring a Pilates Instructor to join our growing team!
MyoTherapy Studio is a wellness center providing both Pilates classes and manual therapy to clients to assist in rehabilitation, recovery, and overall health. We offer group Mat and Reformer classes, private training, and duet training for clients which may include additional equipment such as the spine corrector, ring, chair, and more!
Position Details:
- Teach 45 minute full- body exercises following the Pilates repertoire
- Teach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week
- Participate in free classes and receive employee discounts on specialty services
- Earn commission
Ideal Candidate:
- Certified in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates or both
- If not certified, is currently looking to become certified or willing to be trained
- CPR certified or willing to be certified
- Experience teaching group fitness classes
- Comfortable with public speaking and taking charge of the room
- Motivational, compassionate, and respectful
Responsibilities:
- Open and close studio spaces
- Set up equipment and props for clients
- Sanitize equipment after every class
- Plan classes appropriately around injuries and limitations
We are willing to hire the right candidate even without a current certification. A scholarship to become trained and certified is also available to applicants.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
