Instructor

Role Description Seeking mature individuals with secondary instructional experience to present healthy relationships curriculum in alignment with organization mission, vision, and goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to effectively engage students and work closely with the program director to ensure program standards are achieved. Comprehensive paid training will be provided. The position is seasonal and part-time with irregular hours during the school year.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver engaging educational sessions, including lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and curriculum implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse participants.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Comfort working with individuals from varied backgrounds and cultures, with a commitment to respect and inclusion.
• Previous teaching, training, social services, or human services experience is strongly preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
