AUTOMOTIVE ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
2nd shift runs Monday thru Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm
***OT for Saturday and Sunday is MANDATORY when posted***
JOB SUMMARY
Loading, unloading, and processing of automotive lamp assemblies on high volume production lines.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Below is a listing of the job functions this position performs. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs line assembly and/or support operations for high volume production line.
- Operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
- Cross-trained on various workstations to allow for rotation of employees.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company operating procedures and QMS standards.
- Inspects finished goods for specific quality characteristics and adherence to visual quality standards.
- Report safety, quality, production, and personnel concerns to management immediately.
- Stop shipment or production process for quality or safety concerns.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to meet the physical requirements of the position:
- Work in a standing position and be able to twist, turn, reach and bend.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
