This role involves managing accounts receivables/payables, coordinating vendor relationships, overseeing inventory and tracking materials purchases, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in office management, operations, and administration is highly desirable to contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations
- Oversee inventory management and track discrepancies
- Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining supplier relationships
- Maintain accurate records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support human resources functions including onboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or office management roles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with vendor management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
