What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Coordinator II position at MyndBridge, Inc.?
Who We Are
MyndBridge is a workforce development and enrichment organization rooted in the communities of Nassau and Queens, New York. We deliver industry-recognized certification training, after-school enrichment programs, 1-day workshops, and in-school educational partnerships that create real career pathways for the people we serve. Our programs are only as strong as the sites that deliver them — and that starts with the person who runs the location.
The Role
This is not a support role. You run the site. You supervise Instructors and Case Managers day-to-day, own the participant experience at your location, and ensure every session starts and ends on time with zero operational failures. To the people who walk through that door every day — you are MyndBridge.
Who You Are
You have done this before. You know how to run a physical location — the schedule, the people, the logistics, the unexpected — and you handle it without being told twice. You are the person participants and staff look to when something goes wrong, and you resolve it before it becomes a problem. You take ownership of your site the way an owner takes ownership of their business. You are calm under pressure, organized by nature, and genuinely invested in the community you serve. When something is broken you do not wait — you fix it and flag it.
