At Myles Wrecker Service, we’re looking for a Wrecker Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 15–20 truck fleet and lead a team of skilled drivers and dispatchers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing operations for a fleet of 15–20 heavy-duty wrecker trucks
- Managing and mentoring a team of 15–20 drivers and 4–6 dispatchers
- Ensuring maximum efficiency through route optimization and scheduling
- Leading all aspects of DOT compliance, vehicle safety, and inspection routines
- Holding regular safety meetings and maintaining a safety-first culture
- Controlling costs and driving profitability through smart operations and billing practices
- Monitoring fleet performance, creating operational reports, and recommending improvements
- Representing Myles Wrecker Service with pride, professionalism, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in the heavy-duty towing industry is highly preferred
- At least 5 years in fleet or transportation operations management
- Proven leadership in managing both drivers and dispatch teams
- In-depth knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and vehicle safety compliance
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work on-site and conduct routine field assessments

Schedule & Environment

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in fleet, towing, or transportation operations management
- Strong background in the heavy-duty towing or recovery industry (highly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing drivers, dispatchers, and operational staff
- In-depth knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and vehicle safety compliance
- Proficiency with fleet management systems, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (CDL preferred but not required)
