What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with impound releases and provide excellent service
- Maintain the organization, security, and cleanliness of the lot
- Support drivers and staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Perform light administrative or dispatch support when required
- Monitor vehicle flow on the lot and help keep operations efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to stay on task
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Able to work independently while supporting the team
- Previous lot or shop experience is a plus, but not required
