This position offers a competitive base salary along with performance incentives, giving successful leaders the opportunity to grow their earnings beyond base compensation. With the right leadership and shop performance, total annual earnings of $90K are achievable. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading day-to-day operations of a diesel repair shop to ensure efficient workflows

Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diesel repair technicians

Ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and consistent service standards

Communicating clearly with customers by providing estimates and explaining repair processes

Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize vehicle downtime

Maintaining an organized, safe, and productive shop environment

Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating parts ordering

Building a positive culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and growth

Previous management experience is helpful but not required
