Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team— someone who thrives on creativity, embraces new tools and processes, and enjoys working collaboratively. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' brand narratives to life through compelling graphic design, visual branding, and custom storytelling formats. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating across teams and using industry-leading design software to create high-quality visuals for multiple B2B organizations.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and impactful brand execution. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals, we’d love to hear from you.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-2 years minimum of experience in a design-oriented role.
- You have worked with packaging or printing in some capacity in the past. (not required, but preferred)
- You are skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- You have some experience in motion design (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
- You are an ambitious, highly skilled, and extremely organized designer.
- You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of composition.
- You are a true team player who is not afraid to jump in and tackle a new assignment, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar.
- You are comfortable with fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.
- Highly organized and timely in the execution of work
What You'll Do:
- Work with our team to develop custom digital and print packaging for our clients.
- Develop brands and logos from scratch, working closely with clients and team members.
- Develop new and innovative packaging solutions for clients.
- Create print-ready mechanical files and dielines.
- Craft and iterate on design processes across the entire product development process.
- Contribute to product development priority discussions based on customer knowledge.
- Understand all of the key customer segments' core motivations, goals, tasks, and challenges.
Experience:
- Graphic design: 1-2 years (Required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1-2 years (Required
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required)
