The Role

We’re seeking experienced food service professionals who bring confidence, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership to their work. This is not an entry-level role—you’ll be a key part of maintaining high standards, driving sales, and creating an exceptional in-store experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide elevated, hospitality-driven customer service in a fast-paced NYC setting
• Confidently guide guests through the menu with tailored recommendations
• Drive sales through thoughtful upselling and product knowledge
• Handle high-volume service periods with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Maintain exceptional store standards: cleanliness, organization, and product presentation
• Support team operations and lead by example during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Required: 1 years of experience in a fast-paced café, dessert shop, or restaurant environment
• Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and build repeat clientele
• Strong sales instincts and comfort with upselling
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure in a high-traffic location
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a professional attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic Spanish language skills strongly preferred
• Food Handler Certificate (required or willingness to obtain promptly)

• Soft Serve: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ServSafe (Preferred)
