Essential Job Responsibilities (Compressed):
- Passion for serving and improving community impact.
- Proficient in storm water pond, drainage, collection, and conveyance design.
- Skilled in water/wastewater systems and site/transportation design.
- Experience working with jurisdictional agencies on permits and supporting documentation.
- Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, specifications, and client-requested documents.
- Strong client-relationship focus.
- AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365 experience preferred.
Education & Experience:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
- 5–10 years of civil engineering experience.
- Required Professional Engineer (PE) only in Alabama or ability to obtain AL/FL licensure soon.
