Who We're Looking For:

· Registered Professional Civil Engineer

· Strong Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills

· 8 years of experience in civil site design

· Project leadership experience

· Western Washington stormwater design experience

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you'll lead teams designing sites for diverse projects including education, parks, civic, multi-family, retail, healthcare and military installations.

· Oversee quality, schedule and budget on multiple projects

· Supervise and develop a team of PEs, EITs and technicians

· Write proposals and estimate fees

· Business Development

· This is a significant leadership position with commensurate responsibilities

Location and Work Arrangement:

This is an in-person position in Tacoma, Wenatchee or Spokane, WA. We value the efficiency, collaboration and professional development that occurs in-person, so we work in the office a minimum of four days a week and offer the opportunity to work remotely one day a week.
