Working shift for this position is Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. In a climate-controlled environment. With a 15% shift differential for working 3rd.

Warehouse Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role involves a mix of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, materials, and equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies or unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Safely lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Distribute inventory across warehouses, distribution centers, or production lines.
• Execute physical and electronic transfers of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ensure data integrity in SAP through proper electronic material transfers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and visual aids.
• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based software; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow standardized procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required.
• Primary work location is on the manufacturing floor.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items safely.
