AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross functional and technical teams to drive new build physical security projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management on a daily basis
- Lead the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new data center physical security builds and expansions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high quality, cost effective solutions and deliver results on time
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors
- Lead continuous improvement processes to improve physical security programs
- Implement and fully document improvements and modifications related to new technologies

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- 3 years physical security infrastructure deployment
- 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
