Remote - East Coast US or Canada (EST Time Zone Required)

We're seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to head Revenue Operations for our North American Digital business. As part of the global Revenue Operations & Business Performance team, you'll partner closely with regional Sales VPs and cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize processes, and align go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead and develop the NORAM Sales Operations team to support performance and scalability
  • Deliver actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs
  • Drive accurate forecasting and collaborate with Finance on strategic planning
  • Design and implement incentive programs in partnership with HR and Finance
  • Continuously improve business processes and systems in coordination with global teams
  • Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives that shape the future of our Digital business

Your profile

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and tech industry dynamics
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead remote teams and manage cross-functional projects

This Position Has a Target Base Salary Of

$192,080.00

And Annual Commission Target Of

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
