AWS Service Finance seeks a world class Program Manager to drive large scale system development initiatives for the AWS Service Finance Organization.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Identifying process improvement opportunities through close partnership and alignment with AWS Service Finance.
• Lead development of specifications and requirements for org wide system development initiatives.
• Executing process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems to support business growth.
• Driving optimization opportunities/initiatives and implementing new business processes.
• This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in process improvement, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and strong program management skills.
• The role also has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon and requires strong people skills.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 3 years of leading large complex programs experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
