  • Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and BI teams to ensure data reliability engineering alignment and consistency across key datasets.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, backlog management, and sprint execution, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
  • Collaborate with analytics partners to define and track KPIs for marketing effectiveness, attention forecasting, and media optimization.
  • Assist with QA testing, documentation, rollout materials, and training sessions to ensure user understanding and adoption.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, helping non-technical stakeholders interpret insights and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analytics, or a related data-focused role.

  • Familiarity with marketing, media, or campaign analytics, including awareness of KPIs like reach, frequency, engagement, and conversion.
  • Understanding of YouTube and digital video ecosystems, including ads reporting, DRM, and O&O content analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working within Agile or iterative delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with clear communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, media, or marketing analytics, ideally within a studio or network environment.
  • Experience with modern data tools and platforms (Snowflake, dbt, SODA, Jupyter Notebook, or similar).
