Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, Engineering, Systems Engineering and Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or business intelligence engineering, data engineering, or data mining related occupation.
Experience Must Include
The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $154,440 -$194,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. - Lead a high-performing analytics team to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions for AMXL operations.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and process automation tools to enhance customer experience, reduce concessions, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs, develop long-term strategies, and drive key initiatives such as Long Term Planning automation, CX improvements, and IoT program optimization.
- Foster team growth through skill development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining the

- 2 years of experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases using SQL, Excel and Access.
