- Assist with both short-form and longer-form content.
- Track and help coordinate co-created content with partners.
- Research potential podcasts, panels, and speaking opportunities.
- Maintain a running list of content ideas and opportunities.
- Learn how the team uses Salesforce to track projects and external engagement.
- Help log activities, outcomes, and milestones.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in tracking.
- Support planning for events, convenings, or reports.
- Conduct targeted research as needed.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.
- Help with tasks the team needs off their plate (coordination, documentation, cleanup).
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Interest in higher education, policy, workforce, or technology topics
- Willingness to learn new tools (Salesforce experience is helpful but not required
- How thought leadership content is developed and shared.
- How government relations work is organized and supported.
- How to track projects and outcomes in Salesforce.
- How to manage deadlines, feedback, and revisions.
