The Position
Organon is seeking a passionate and user-centered User Research Intern to join our Digital & Commercial Strategy Experience team and help elevate employee experience when using AI and content solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply UX research methods in a real-world enterprise setting, uncovering insights that inform the design of internal tools, workflows, and digital experiences.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors-translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve usability, satisfaction, and productivity across internal platforms.

Job Description
The Position

You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors-translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve usability, satisfaction, and productivity across internal platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute qualitative research using methods such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing.
- Partner with AI and Content teams to identify research questions and define success metrics for employee experience improvements.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, themes, and opportunities.
- Create UX artifacts such as personas and journey maps.
- Present research findings in compelling, visual formats to influence design and strategy decisions.
- Advocate for user needs and champion a human-centered approach to internal tool development.
- Currently pursuing a degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field.
- Familiarity with UX research methods and tools.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights.
- Passion for improving employee experience through thoughtful, inclusive design.
