Join Kellanova’s Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Customer Service Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of the end-to-end Order to Delivery (OTD) process. We’re looking for someone who brings a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence to help us deliver top-notch service to our customers and partners. This position is hybrid, working 5 days a month in our Grand Rapids, MI office.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
The annual salary range is $46,000 - $60,375, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service & Collaboration – Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to identify trends, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that reduce transportation challenges. Collaboration and communication are key to driving success.
- Problem Resolution – Take ownership of resolving OTD issues such as order holds/releases, EDI errors, and pricing discrepancies. Ensure consistent and accurate execution by adhering to compliance standards—including GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Continuous Improvement – Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Contribute to achieving and sustaining best-in-class performance within a strong internal control framework.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of order to delivery and customer service operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Confident decision-making and negotiation skills
