Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to secure profitable freight deals.
- Coordinate and manage the entire freight shipment process from origin to destination.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process.
- Maintain accurate records of all freight transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in freight brokerage within the logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of freight transportation, carrier operations, and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with freight brokerage software and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Base Salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commission structure, which scales UP based on performance
